About AI services: We use OpenAI's API to assist with reviews. Under OpenAI's terms, API data is not used to train their models. Your documents are processed for your review only and then permanently deleted.

3. Document Storage & Deletion

Your employment offer documents are:

• Encrypted: Stored using industry-standard encryption
• Temporary: Deleted within 7 days after your review is delivered
• Single use: Processed for your review only, not retained or reused
• Not for training: Not used to build proprietary datasets or train our own models

4. Third-Party Services

Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. We do not store your credit card information.

Analytics

We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand how our service is used. These tools do not track individual users across websites or sell your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain:

• Documents: Deleted within 7 days of review delivery
• Email & payment records: Retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
