1. Service Description

ReviewDesk provides plain-English reviews of employment contracts. Our service identifies potential risks and unusual clauses in your employment documentation.

Important: This is a review service, not legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed employment attorney.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payment is processed securely through Stripe before document upload. All sales are final unless we fail to identify at least one clause worth discussing with HR or legal counsel.

Full refund guarantee: If our review doesn't highlight any clauses worth further discussion, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

3. Document Privacy

Your uploaded documents are:

• Deleted permanently within 7 days after your review is delivered
• Processed using OpenAI's API, which per their terms does not use API data for model training
• Not used to build proprietary datasets or train our own models
• Stored securely during review using industry-standard encryption

4. Delivery Timeline

Reviews are delivered within 48 hours of document upload. If we cannot meet this deadline, we will contact you with an updated timeline or offer a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our review service provides educational information only. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our review. Always consult with a licensed attorney before making important legal or employment decisions.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for reviewing your own employment contracts. You may not:

• Submit documents you don't have permission to share
• Use the service to harm or defraud others
• Reverse engineer or copy our review methodology
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
